Guys is the a way if I found a skin/theme online and I want to put it in my forums, is it possible? if yes how?

Depends on a few factors.
Is it a skin for the same type of software you're using? In case of a forum, say if it's a phpBB forum, it has to be a phpBB skin.
Is it available for download, or did you just see it in use on another site?
Do you have FTP access to your server (for uploading any images the skin may use)?
