Who cares if you use a certain skin? If your using a cheating skin, your only cheating yourself. Honestly there isnt nothing you can do about it. Basically you saying "DO NOT USE A SKIN OR YOUR CHEATING!!!!!11111111111", it sucks, and your sad.

No skins? Thats brutal. I am making a skin pack right now and it would really hurt if you locked out .dds files.

But of course if you really wanted to do the work you could assemble a program that uses different names for the skins and lets you use them ingame (say Matrixmedtnk). Then you could assemble a list of safe skins and their names and file sizes. But that would take alot of work and make the files larger.
