The "Server Owners" section deals with these sorts of things between server owners, there aren't that many posted out of there.

Not everyone can enter the server owners thread and its barely even noticeable at the bottom of the forum list.
I think it would be used more if it were to be made public. I know I wouldn't want to wait on Jellybe4n to get around to letting me in, especially since I've never seen him/her online or a single post.
Though whoever that is appears to be currently active.
