Thats a major problem with most of these kits, small kiddies make them and they dont know how to paint good, so they just spray can the entire thing 1 color after resining and fiberglassing. For me, IF I DO make the armor, I am going to buy several cans of paint so it looks more detailed, maybe a tanish green for the main color, a more light tan for the feet, calves like most people did with their plastic armor, and maybe some silver plastics paint, to use with a brush of course you can make a scratched metal effect with a spray can, so I'll probably be buying some little 2-3 ounce container to paint some of the edges silver to look like the green paint was chipped.

Hey man, don't do the scratches on top of the the green. Spray the entire thing with multiple layers of silver, then do a layer or two of the colour you want, and scratch off where you want it to be worn with steel wool, I've made a computer case wtih this tequnique and it works really well. It also continues to get damages as you use it, and it if someone scratches it it look like real steel.

I dont play halo, seriously, I dont know what the game is about, but from Tv ads, and watching my friends play, I fell inloe with the armor...
Really whats the difference between master chief and spartan? They both look the same to me, but different colors, I know some people who make the armor paint constantly to change their color, someone went from blue to red and it looked good, ithink maybe I'll either do a tan-ish green or a redish pink like the halo 3 screenshots....pink ftw....(although I'd rather actually have tanish green)

I'm not allowed to rerelease the files because of them belonging to a certain group I am part of, but if you want them, I will PM the site and links to anyone who PM's me for the parts.
Dont ask how to do this or that, because the site I got the parts from has a perfect guide for every question and need.
Also, making the armor takes 1-1.5 months, i'm rushing to get mine done and quality looking for Halloween, I'm 17 and too old to trick or treat...but heck showing off 1337 armor infront of tons of kids will rock.
