Renguard Wont Start Up [message #286467]

I Have windows Vista, i tried to run renagade before i installed renguard and it would say "renagade has stopped working" (even when i ran as administrator) so i installed rengaurd and tryed to run it and this is what happened:

Idk What To do! I Tried to Install the patches but the link is old and takes me to unavailible web pages...

You'll need to run Renegade (game2.exe and game.exe) in Windows XP SP2 compatibility mode and admin.

You need to install patch 1.037 before installing renguard, though. I recommend you to uninstall everything and reinstall using this guide.

Some nice person put all the original Renguard-Friendly files Here (OMG out of bandwith!)

Try to get at it later, there are also some files available Here

Renguard is a wonderful initiative

Thats just to funny,cuz i run vista,my brother runs vista, a couple of my friends run vista and yet we have had no such problems.

I think its the user not vista that is the problem(IMO).
