Since I don't have that much time for RR atm, I release .0046 right now and add other features later.

.0046 key changes:
- Added (un)installer.
- Configuration entry against uneven teams (forbids unfair teamchanges).
- Fixed some bugs and crashes.
- New harvester waypaths on C&C_Mesa.
