i click the ren icon and the window pops up...then it says error and some error # then it asks me if i want to search the internet for a solution
i have reinstalled ren, restarted my pc, updated the scripts, and downloaded and replaced both always.dbs and always.dat
the reason i replaced always is because i installed renguard to see if it would tell me an error and it told me i needed to replace my always file or w/e (i forgot which one it was so i did both Laughing )
it still doesn't work so i need someone to help me or preferably do remote assistance and just fix it
btw i have vista but i don't really think it matters here...it quit working b4 i installed vista
