Gah, i have to agree with carrierII, you guys are bitching tbh. and if you tested the files, as i did, they are no advantage stuff, they reduce smoke from lava and power plant, so therefor slightly increasing your fps at those locations... so cmon. But i think you need to post it at renguard section, they might add it, but lots of ppl did requests.

You guys are retarded. This is not a cheat at all.. All it does is remove the smoke from the power planets and the volcano tunnel in order to increase fps for people with poor computers.
I sure know I wish they worked RenGuard because my computer has trouble with the smoke.. whenever I go to the power tunnel in volcano my fps drops to 15-20 while I normally get over 120 fps. :\

I have to agree with 02, this skin could be counted as an advantage also, I'm not sure how, be seeing through smoke is kinda unrealistic and gives a slight advantage.

I use that skin. I get 10 FPS average as it is even with all the detail set to low on my mother's garbage PC. TuNa would know, he's seen my screenshots LOL. Before I got that file, I use to run into tiberium side tunnel of Volcano and dropped down to 4 FPS in the middle of a pistol fight. Now I don't anymore. I say RenGuard should legalize it. It helps for me not in an advantage way, but FPS way.
Also, if ReaL got it from the same site I found it on, I also downloaded something that doesn't reduce FPS when using Chem Sprayer, Flame Thrower and Flame Tank.

I get a fine 200 to 250 FPS there.

This coming from a guy who spent time delving into a computer game, and did coding to modify it. 
I have no opinion on this tweak of yours, but I love the 'I'm too cool to buy a new computer' attitude.

Real doesn't even know anything about coding. The "tweak" isn't even his and has nothing to do with coding. Nice try flaming him though.
I'm guessing that if you ask for something to be allowed by RenGuard, then you obviously have enough spare money to go and buy a new computer! I mean, c'mon, who doesn't buy a new computer just so they can play Renegade with less fps drops?
