No, you dont need to change the ports in server.ini, I mean you change the port in 192.168.1.1 in the forwarding area, you dont forward your firewalls ports, you forward your router or switch by typing in 192.168.1.1 then clicking the forwarding range, and then savign it, all routers or switches allow this. If you are hit by a password, then type admin as username and password, if that doesnt work, just try admin as password.

In server.ini check the "port". You can set it to whatever you like, for exemple 5555.
Then go to your router admin (check your router's manual) and search for "virtual server" or "forward ports" or "nat" (sometimes it's called differently). Forward udp port 5555 to the LAN-ip of your server (to check this, do start menu -> run -> cmd -> ipconfig -> enter (it will probably be something like 192.168.1.x)).
If you needm ore help on forwarding ports, check www.portforward.com !

Goztow's post works too, his is more detailed, you can choose any port you want, but alot of people stick with 4848 since it's the default port most forward.
