I have seen a stealth crate once before...a Sakura took it got the stealth suit of the SBH.

OMFG, look how quickly a topic changes!!! a few replies and it all goes off topic.
Please get back on topic. Blue! are you the same as the rest of them? Can an expert reply (no don't anyone reply) and clarify Blues point? Is it possible to cheat in this way? ( no! without confirmation, Blue is innocent until proven guilty, hardly likely, then again, anything is possible)

To answer your question, yes it is possible for someone to fly around map without being in a flying vehicle. However, this *cheat* would have to be server side. As thats what detects how the player moves. Exactly the same reason you dont have speed hacks, or failing damage hacks.
Heres a video I have of someone flying. (Poor quality but you get the idea)

The person was able to do this because he owns the server and has modded his scripts to allow him to do it. It isn't something you or I can download and use it on any server.
