There's already a mod called "Scud Storm" for Renegade, which converts it to the Generals universe.
And really, if you're going to try and start your own modding team, it'd be important for you to:
-Learn how to spell
-Learn a modding skill
Also notice how most of the skill your looking for is already taken up in mods like A Path Beyond, C&C Reborn, Apocalypse Rising, etc. Starting an entirely mod and finding an entirely new team is not a good idea on the W3D engine anyway.

@Anyone: Anyways, Scud Storm is already in existance.
@Anyone who was on Scud Storm's Dev Team: Leaving the team for a reason of "Lack of Leadership" under the circumstances is not a good excuse for quitting >.> Just FYI to those who quit Scud Storm to join First Hour's team...Nameme is still the leader (Always will be unless he gives it to someone else) and the reason why he hasn't been on much is because his computer died and he is trying to fix it...

I agree with Mathk1ll here, however, Nameme99 hardily does work for AR let alone the other two mods he runs (Tiberian Wars - Renegade & Generals - Renegade) which has pretty much stopped because he's working for AR.
In the last two months the most he has done for AR is criticize other peoples work. Weather this be positive or negative he still doesn't have anything to show, after countless times of being told "Nameme, work on the harrier" he still offers his mind at engine experiment which is what we got BogdanV for or another field which we have another member to specialize in. I remember back in the old days of blazemods and source when he tried to take over my job of doing the internals, and we used to hate each other to the guts.
IMO, to any future mod devs out there. If you can't work, don't work. Also, do you research. See if there's already something out there you can use for free. Makes it easier and better on the individual and the team.
If you want to help out with the current mod team, show them some work of what you can do. If not, don't.

and y are we making generals first hour if there is already scud storm because scud storm is already released so it is so ugly and i dont really like because if does not have all the things zh has so me and my friends wanted to improve scud storm but they did not let us then we said that we could make a mod called
generals fist hour like a mod for scud storm but scud storm is a mod so we made the mod for renegade because scud storm was renegade mod so when we started to make the game the scud storm leaders and member got mad at us and they start to continue their mod too it is not fear to take ideas from other people i could make a mod that is not like zh maybe another strategy game but i dont have other strategy games so that is y so there started a fight i could say that i want to be a member of scud storm but i dont like their ideas that is y so i think we are going to make a mod like zh and improved things like mod packages more tanks new characters so when the scud storm and generals first hour will be released the people will even have fun player both of them because scud storm people have other ideas hove to make the mod and we are others too we will have modes for the mod like art of defence maps really cool ones and other ones that zh doest not have
i think SCUD STORM and GENERALS FIRST HOUR are going to be great mods i mean it 
and the thing i dont want people to talk about that there is already a mod for renegade that is like zh so dont make a copies
i will not like if people says that or other this like it it is so mean, i could say that i'm a scud storm fan  but  i dont like how people are fighting about the mods
