I haven't installed a Windows Update for almost a year, and I don't have any particular problems other than those that arise from having a Windows XP installation for a year and a half. AVG rarely detects any viruses and my router firewall seems to work great.

Basically, I don't want/need updates. Very Happy

I still have WMP9! It's better!
