is there a way you can test the mobo without all your new parts?

like use ram from old computer if its compatible or something like that. basically im thinking that you got a dead motherboard. and from what i read in reviews about motherboards its not that uncommon to get a dead one on arrival. what im trying to say is test your motherboard out. or send it back to the manufacturer, and exchange it.

with all solutions listed here and you having tested them all out and still not having a clue as to what this is. im sure you can tell the manufacturer that this motherboard is faulty.

also a quick check that might help, is your mobo turned to the right voltage at the back?
