Then I got no clue. This is clearly a connection issue, so it has something to do with the communication to the xwis servers :-S. Maybe go to www.strike-team.net and ask them, they are the people that run the listings.

Small update, try this:
in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\ -> open the file 'hosts' with notepad and add to the bottom:
195.13.63.187 irc.westwood.com
195.13.63.187 servserv.westwood.com
Then try to connect again. If it doesn't work, then restore teh file to its original content.

How did you fix the problem. I am still having the problem. I also tried to go into the host folder and edit it but that information was already at the bottom.
