Wouldn't it be funny if you saw someone ingame using this 'cheat'.
What i mean is, someone should create a damage hack that lowers all weapon damage, and even accuracy, then post it on some cheat site then see how many n00b cheaters download it.
TO make them think it is amazing, when you post it on the cheat site, label it as 'latest damage hack even BIATCH cant detect!'
I hope if someone does do this, i see some n00b ingame with it XD

Hilarious idea, but it doesn't really test their IQ at all. Besides IQ is just an intelligence quotient and is only viable when a person is below the age of 18 or something.
