when tutorial you link to showed to go to the terrain thing click single player levels tehn M08 to get the M08 terrain i also did that with M09
when i test the map it gets super laggy and none of the stuff i put is there
any ideas why that is happening?

Not all objects in leveledit can be placed on maps.
Gets laggy because more objects you place, more workload on the server and client.

m09 map for some reason is not centered in gmax, and the lag is caused by that. I think if you want to go forward you have to go back and to go right you go left, all directions are reversed, or was it just left and right that are reversed?...

Yes, and here in the Mod Forum, after the bombardment of grammatically poor posts, I don't think the folks are going to take much more. Personally, I'd rather not have to translate posts either.
