problem logging in/new account [message #268732]

Recruit

i had to get all the hardware in my laptop replaced and so i had to install renegade again i forgot my password so i descided to make a new account eveything goes find until i press the new account button, then a pop up saying the the "paged failed to load or is invalid" web error

im connection to the web just fine and i have download renguard and installed it and it seems to be working find

can anyone help me out or shine some light on the general thing, even if i could have my password reset for my previous account

cheers but neither helped

when i put in an 8 digit password and click new account it goes to a loading page and the a pop up comes up saying

Web Error

page failed to load or is invaild

Don't opt to "create a new account". EA shut the webservers down for that and they don't work.

Instead look for a recent topic on the same subject. I believe most of us said to create your new nickname and password in the login screen. If it is already taken by someone else then when you press "Login" you won't get a server listing. If not, you will.

Try using "Search" next time you come across a Renegade related problem, because i think we've covered all of them here.

Remember kiddies, forward your connection to xwis and magic will happen, dont look for fakies on GSA, just login to advanced game listing, it will ask as if you DO have a account, then type in a username and pass anything....and it will make it and log you in.
