it's just pure rubbish.
It's one of those people ingame with: 'ZOMG I SAW A CHEATER'. Difference is that troop does not yell it but post it on a forum. The wrong forum that is.

Wow, im you seem to be taking it personally, umm...
To start your main argument is that this should be on the jelly forums, well if Im correct I do have an account on their, but never got conf email so it won't login and I can post w/o registered, well only in the banned section... The 2nd thing is I NEVER banned mouthed jelly, when you guys were fighting with fl00d3d about nicks, even when he was hosting for me, I agreed with you guys and said that. I've played with you freuquently, and you know me, I used to spend LOTS of time in bigger jelly, most of the people knew me, and they still do. Thats also exactly why so many of your admins/mods or people in my clan (wrathnuke, qwiksnipe, asylum, peanut etc). I have no proof, thats been my exact thing, BUT how many times have been wrong about this sorta of thing in the past? almost never. And if I DID take it to jelly forums, what do you think would happen? Ofcourse he wouldnt post in the topic and ofcourse no one would not belive me right? Dont think so. and instead of looking any of this up, you choice to say, "take it to jelly forums"? Thanks?

No, I never said that. When such a person ingame says that, I always give a quick pm from IRC who they suspect and check it out. Basic routine.
Same here, I already talked to the moderator he pointed out before I even replied in this topic. Basic routine.
Also I would kindly ask other not to turn this discussion into a Jelly-server has high hostnames but their servers suck thread. If you wanna discuss that, wich has been done numerous times in the server-owners section, please do open a topic and notify me. And I will be happy to take a part in it.

Maybe I am taking it a little personal yes, because I thought everyone could get along with you and the other way around. But apprently you have no idea what you just did.
If one of our moderators is cheating, it's an internal affaire. And it should be hadled within the community. The renegade community has no benefit what so ever from you posting it here and it will only create a mud-throw contest at our server. You should know better.
Not recieving a conformation e-mail is truely a weak excuse. Let me sum up the options you had.
-Join IRC and talk to one of our moderators, I think you actually joined our server but only wanted to talk to an admin. Well have the patience to wait for an admin then. You send me a pm if I was around, I was away for 5 min but before I was back you left our irc. Apperently you had some valuable information wich could not wait for an admin. Either way I do not mind, you could have talked to me.
-Theres the jellyforum, if you did not get a confirm mail, why not contact us, there are several people who can fix that.
-Then theres the renegadeforum's private messaging option. A simple pm to either me or Jelly would have been suited and usefull.
Instead you decide to pull our server through the renegade-community-dirt with an internal affair wich does not even contain evidence, wish you would have thought about that.
Now you state you have never been wrong on something like this? So I should take your word above the word of one of my mods just because you always seem to pick out the cheaters in the game?
I don't think you thought this case over. Take the innocent-until-proven-guilty principal, how would I apply this on our moderator? What am I suppose to do now? Test him ingame? I am pretty sure that if he even cheated, he would turned it off now. Nothing has shown in the BIATCH logs or anything. Your fraps movie failed. So here I am, a jelly-admin without any proof, the only indication I have is a guy whos always right in picking cheaters. Next time please think these things over before you post and the way you post it, you would save us alot of time, reputation and frustration.
No need to thank me actually.
I will ask Beirney to explain why he is not cheating.

Herr, if you check your logs instead of jumping all over me in the first place, you would have seen i went STRAIGHT to irc, Pm'd a few people, crimson included, gladiator, grimmNL etc, the only person who was actually there was that beriney guy who suspiciously left the game and went to irc seconds after I did, and grimm is usually admin but wasnt at the time so what was I supposed to do? I guess Pm'ing you would work but whats the likely hood of a)you beliving me since Ive said I have obsoluetly no proof, b)that you would actually do anything about it?
Has he said anything? whats his defence, does he still try to sell the ol' "i did x" trick?
edit: rereading what you said, NOTHING would have showed up in IRC, he was just using the aimbot (or possibly the new clickbot) WHICH is the weakest point in BIATCH. And nothing would have showed up, also if im correct, in your biatch config file (rc1.1?) you have globalantiaimbot disabled? Thats how I know.

I agree with Herr 100% here. Mods cheating is an internal affair. I'm sure they took the matter seriously but did not have sufficient evidence available to convict him. I'm also sure that they will keep an eye out on that mod in the future.
With that, I am going to lock this thread for the following reasons.
1) This conversation should have been on Jelly's forums, not here.
2) The thread starter did not make a sufficient effort to contact the Jelly staff privately about the problem before trying to publicly embarrass them.
Do I need any more reasons? I think not.
