the ssm launcher how can i turn that into a suside truck to be able to kill anyone including teammates?or the same thing but to any other vech?

You can make it a suicide truck by editting the source code to ssctf so that when the truck is killed it creates a nuke animation play, and creates the nuke explosion too.
You could most likely do this with kak_vehichle_created::killed then add an "if" for the truck, that would be my first way of trying.
Also, I would add a death timer script to the truck too, so after x amount of seconds it will kill itself and create the explosion.
This will result in a bomb truck with a timer count down, and if it is killed by the enemy before the count down it will blow up too.
I can't think off the top of my head how to make it controllable with a button click, without using a keyhook. It probably is possible but I am stuck at work with a hangover and I can't think too hard

The ssm has a standard suicide truck mod, it blows up 10 times bigger and mroe powerful than a nuke, a nuke cant kill a mammoth tank 1 hit, but a ssm can, and to make it kill even teammates, have friendly fire on.
Wait maybe not, you may need to use the demo truck script like people said above, just that on my friend;s server he added vehicle spawn commands and allowed ssm's to be spawned and when they did, he didnt edit anything in them, but they blow up when you click your left mouse button.
EDIT: here is me with some SSM pics, player names/scores all hidden.
except this one...you cant hide my player name when i'm in the vehicle lol
Heres what happens when you shot a ssm FAR away or click your mouse...you die.
and a funshot...NOTE...there is a ion cannon up there too, Using the command for all weapons in the whole dang game I got both ion and nuke beacons.....I tried to take ss while they both went off, but the nuke came first, went away, then the ion came 2 seconds later, I do have a SS of the ion hitting too.
NOTE: Some of these may look suspicious, but these were all taken on a modded server, all weird looking things such as ammo, health, me flying as a sbh kane...... and ssm's are all mods.

SSM's blow themselves up because their projectile is incredibly explosive, but Westwood left it with an extremely high gravity scale and low velocity (well I guess its because it is using the A10 Bomber's bomb).
Oh yah, you would have to do some editing to get the Recon bike and SSM launcher into the buyable lists, but GDI also has cars that can be acquired from the extras menu.
