I know where to get the .lvl files of the single player maps, but I need the .lvl files of the sp maps without all that crap (waypaths, etc). Anyone know where?

Use LevelEdit, open up the Terrain thingy, expand Levels-Single Player and then you have all the terrains and stuff in there. Just click make.

Just open up the existing leveledit file, delete all the presets (except the terrain, obviously), save, put a new objects.ddb in the mod folder and everything will be gone, and your presets will be back.

Level editor does not have all the terrains, levels like sand do not appear, try making under's terrain, if that does not work I can think of two possibilities:
1) You have decades and you will have to do some regedit work.
2) You installed Renegade to a different directory then the default and it would be easiest just to reinstall it to the Westwood folder (default).
