Ok, I leave my computer on while I'm at work, I come home, and find the moniter screen shaking..at first, I thought I was trippin out or something, but it didnt stop.
I tried unplugging it, turning it on and off, plugging in and out from behind the tower, "degausing" , re-sizing the screen...

Nothing seems to work, and even now as i type this, its shaking.

Its not a massive shake, like, to the point where the words are shifty, its just annoying as fuck seeing them go back and forth....

Any way on to fix this problem?

Do/did you have anything on top of the back of it? Having something blocking the vent causes it to get really hot, and it can potentially damage the monitor.

Graphics card overheat? My mum's laptop's graphics card's heatsink broke and she can't use the onboard screen unless it's in a cold room...
(The screen acts like your's does)

You probably already have, but if you haven't make sure the cable between the monitor and the PC is not loose, and use the thumbscrews to make sure its in properly and does not get knocked loose.

Also check the cable for any cuts, nicks etc. If possible try an alternative cable.

Sounds like that blue screen problem I had... except that it is starting to come back again. Biggest. Mystery. Ever.
