Hey. I was just wondering if it's possible for Crimson or someone to be able to delete an unused account. I've been using the forum name 'Speedy' for quite some time but the rene nick is taken but never used...
I was wondering if it is possible to delete it? So I may use it... just a question...

Hey Speedy, I am sure the right people will give you an answer in time. They are probably busy right now. Just wait a bit and give it some time.
PS: You want Crimson to delete someone else's account? I dunno if that's possible even if they are not using it.

It would be possible to delete the account, but it would have to be by the owner, or XWIS admins, and, as far as i know, Crimson dosn't have permission to do it.
Why not try adding a number after it...have speedy17, for instance

She could delete t but then it cannot be reused. Deleted accounts cannot be registered again.

She has the ability to recycle a name (that is how she got the name Crimson back from spoony) but I believe she needs olafs permission for that.

No, I can't do it. Olaf had to give me my nickname. I can only delete/undelete nicknames, not transfer ownership.

Well, I am sure it feels very good to have the same forum AND in-game nick. I dunno how to explain it but personally, it feels "unique" to have the same nick in both places. I guess it's because everyone can identify that it's you.

When you undelete does it return ownership or can it then be reregistered by anyone? I would assume that if you delete a nick that it can not be registered again?
