Don't remember the map name, but it was AOW, and I was kinda having a sniper war, my Sakura vs. two Havocs, both in opposing caves. We went back and forth, me getting most of the kills (not using the scope) and it got to a point where I was behind the lip of the cave, kinda waiting for them to either get bored and start shooting at someone else or come around the bend and let me boink em.
Well, one left, the other did both. Moved to the edge of his little ledge going after an Arty, and in the process conveniently putting his head RIGHT in the center of my scope. BOINK! Easiest kill ever. Not remarkable really, but it was pretty damn funny at the time.
Then there was the time I was GDI on Mesa, we'd knocked out some of their buildings and they were relying mainly on basic infantry to keep our tanks in the cave. Of course NONE of them knew how to avoid sniper fire, so it was just BOINK, BOINK, BOINK, BOINK *click, reload* BOINK BOINK... fast as I could go! 
Then there's the classics of course... running over that pesky hill camper with a Stealth, getting that one lucky headshot on an SBH with a Med tank etc etc etc...
