bigwig992 | I know it's probley old and crappy, but I know nothing about video cards.
I was hoping to buy the Radeon 7500 All in One card. A video capture card (need one for my analog camera), some kind of TV thing, and a 64MB video card. Will that kick my EXTREMELY OLD NVIDA TNT2 Pro Model 64 ass? I can run Renegade and Wolfenstein on that decently. If I don't put it in that computer, I'll stick it in this one, with one of those dandy (cough) Intel cards. The one on this can hardly run BattleFeild on mediam settings, and ever since it stopped working on me, EA says my video card isn't good enough (but it worked with BF for 4 months?). Weird. So is the Radeon 7500 decent?

The Radeon 7500 compares roughly to a GeForce 3 - definitely enough to run Renegade and other games decently (that doesn't mean at 1600x1200 with full AA and AF and eye candy, but pretty decently).
The All-In-Wonder cards have a built-in TV tuner and video inputs and outputs. So yes, from what you have described, the All-In-Wonder Radeon 7500 (64MB) should fit your needs.
If you want something a bit faster but not outrageously expensive, there are some options - the ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 8500 64MB, the AIW Radeon 8500 128MB, the AIW Radeon 8500DV 64MB (which has a digital TV tuner as opposed to the analog ones of all other AIWs, as well as IEEE1394 ports), and the AIW Radeon 9000 Pro, which is a brand-new card.
I'm running an All-In-Wonder Radeon 8500DV (64MB) and the card runs all the latest games pretty well. Renegade can be run at my LCD's max res - 1280x1024 - with everything at max and still runs very well. Other games for the most part run very well too.
The new PCI standard is called PCI Express, but it won't be supported for Intel processors until Intel releases its next chipset (or a modified 875P), which won't happen until at least holiday-season. Yes, it is supposed to be very fast, but support for it will take time, and ATI and nVidia will be releasing their next generation of cards in both PCI Express and AGP forms.
With regard to nVidia's release of a card to 'dethrone' ATI, both nVidia and ATI will be releasing 'tweaked' versions of their fastest cards, the GeForce FX5900 and the Radeon 9800, that will arrive by late fall.
Their next-gen cards, NV40 and R420, respectively, are estimated to be released by holiday season or a bit afterwards. nVidia, as usual, is promising doubled performance (just like the FX5800 was supposed to be 2x faster than the Ti4600 - Lol) and ATI is not commenting much on it, as usual.
