Thats way to hot, CPU shouldnt exceed the 62C.
The Intel Pentium 4 Pressler,Presscot have termal slow clock throtteling. Meaning that if the CPU heats up to much it will clock down. In this case its heating up WAY to much so it will clock WAY down. A couple of things though.
Also a temperature in that range is not good for the life age of the CPU so make sure you get it fixed soon.
- The standard stock cooler of Intel should cool enough
- Is The Fan Correctly mounted?
- Not to much Thermal compound on the Proccesor
- Good coolers, but needs little experience to mount
