Sounds like an overheating problem to me. Do the fans (on CPU and on GFX card) work correctly? Do you also have it with other games?

Seems worrying to me as well, especially because this is at idle. When gaming, the temp prolly still goes up.
A good start is to take the vacuum cleaner and clean out the dust. Chck if all your fans are still running.

hmm he's right.. but anyway.. nice background... can i have it (A).. wel.. check in speedfan if you fan's are running full capacity.. and don't mess with overclock functions!!!!

I used speedfan and cleaned inside the case speedfan says that my fans are running at 100%. I think that the new vid card is creating more heat so i think ill install an extra fan in my case. Its weird though cause the comp doesnt freeze when i play F.E.A.R. or War Rock .Thx for the help. and Alcoholicleaf heres the wallpaper.

solidsnake.. that issn't weird. because:
- Speedfan monitors your heating process and adjusts youre fan's speed if you select that option.
- Speedfan can warn you if some heating is comming up.
- With the secondary tab of speedfan you can overclock your pc and vidcard (if i remember correctly)
its like having new 'drivers' for youre cpu
