Ok, so this was strange as something else. I was using my computer surfing the net no problems. I looked at the clock, "OMG 5:00 I GOT TO GET READY FOR WORK!"
I turn my computer off goes off normally, I got to work and come home, have a shower and a snack, come down to play games. COMPUTER DOSE NOT START! Fans do not even turn on WTFWTFWTF! I was freakin out so I started messing with stuff and still nothing. I start taking things out and putting them back in 1 by 1 and when I get to my memory, it was not loose or anything, I take it out put it back in the same spot. BAM computer is now working like nothing happened?
So... what the fuck just happened?

I come across this a lot on desktop computers but i have no idea what causes it, next time:
1. Unplug it
2. While unplugged press the power button multiple times
3. Replug it back in
That fixes it every time, assuming its not a failing power supply.

Yeah, that happens to one of mine sometimes, usually after a short power cut. Unplugging it and plugging it in again a few seconds later usually works, without any need to press the power button while its unplugged.

Well the reason behind hitting the power button is to discharge electricity built up in capacitors. The cause of the trip might be a component on the board and this will ensure that everything is where it needs to be.

When you turn on your computer, the components heat up and connections "shrink" slightly. When you turn it off, those connections cool and expand again. It shouldn't be surprising that the memory or another coponent moves out of its slot even a little bit due to that, causing problems like this. It's happened to me a couple of times; reseating things usually fixes it.
