This guy made it blatantly obvious from the start:

Was getting insane kills, every map was like this, every shot a HS:

Provided SS after he was banned, had no problems posting it:
Would appreciate if someone at BHS could check his logs of when he connected; to see if he was using the cheat which shall not be named. Also I believe the above screenshot maybe taken on the n00bstories server so perhaps, if guilty, Crimson should consider a ban from there and/or the RG network. I will keep his IP private for now.

It was Hex's server in which he was cheating. The screenshot was taken in Crimson's, when he had his cheats turned off.
Hence, it does him no justice. seeing he had no problem posting one after he was banned indicates he ignored SS requests earlier.

If he was using the cheat we do not want to name, then a ss was useles anyway as you can simply turn it off in-game.
This ip is also used with username 'mepin'.

tbh back when I was a NoN00bs admin, I looked at IRC and saw everyone screaming cheater, good ol' dtoxxx was replying stuff like "no its ok im the admin im testing"...
