extract it from one of the modded versions of city (forgot which one) with xcc. dont post a map online with it unless you have the creators perm first.

Ripping? It came from a package that was released to the public domain, for everyone to look into, experiment with, and use... I don't really see any problems as i have seen the gdi turret used in mumberous maps made by different authors.
