ok, my problem is that right after i click on the renegade logo to start the game, and a box titled "Error:CreateFile(C:\DOCUME~1\Luke\LOCALS~1\Temp\~f51e43.tmp) pops up. it says "access is denied". i have admin on my computer, and i just installed renegade and have nothing loaded on it (rengaurd, skins, patches, etc.) wuts the problem?

You're using the first decade? Did you try launching the game with game.exe instead of using the shortcut?

ok, when i tried to use the game.exe, i got the same result. and wut is the first decade?

Go to

Start >> Run Then type: C:\Westwood\Renegade\game.exe

See if that works.

Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.

i tried doing that, but no go. and remember, i have just installed it and have not put any skins, mods, rengaurd, etc. in it. ytf wont it work??????

Did you try re-installing? Did any errors pop up when you were installing? All these little problems come out to be big ones in the future. Try re-installing.

i did, and no errors, popo ups, difficulties happened during the re-installation. yet i still got the access is denied when i tried to start it. now, im not as a fanatic about renegade as i used to b, and i can go without it, but it is fun to play when i have nothing else to do. any1, please, insight would b helpful
