is there a way to change your password,not reset it but change it to something else, i am also wondering if there is a place i can go to find out the all the nicks that i have on my serial.

No. You can just reset it and then all nicks on your serial get the same, random, password.
You can find out which nicks you have by a wrong password for your nick. The MOTD should show you your nicks then.
