There are a lot more features in Gmod10, I would say its worth the $10. Only thing is that im too busy with life and mods to play it much. Plus it doesnt run too great with onboard video (my 7600 melted awhile ago and im waiting for a replacement).

It's a Mod for Half-Life 2 and Counter-Strike Source, Just a sand box were you can build anything, Spawn anything, Do what ever you like thanks to VALVe's engien. 
Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.
