everytime I try to open My computer, My pictures, etc....
I get an Runtime error can't remember what it says but it's something to do with exporer.exe I'll try to post a ss when I get home.

uhm, the explorer is built in into windows, and does not require a runtme 
When people ask me "Plz" just because it's shorter than "Please" I feel perfectly justified to answer "No" because it's shorter then "Yes"

I'm pretty sure i already tried that and it does not help and something else i forgot to mention when im on Limited winxp account no error when im on computer admin account i get error so it's something that only computer admin can access.

Ask your administrator if they have modified security policies lately.

problem is fixed now and how it stopped kinda confused me i went to download a song on limewire which i keep blocked so i unblock it and i forgot that i uninstalled it so i thought i would just get rip of the rest of it and error stopped so it could have possibly been a virus
