Ok, run windows 2000 pro, I KNOW, NOT SUPPORTED, YOU SAY THAT I SAY BITE ME!!!

anyway, I understand about the whole memory overbuffer POS thing that is said to be being fixed but have yet to see any results.

but I also understand that after I restart my PC and get start up rengaurd and shut it down and do that about 10 times It works. Like so.

Now, here is the problem. As you can see I AM CONNECTED.

now remember,

1. SAME COMPUTER
2. RENGUARD CONNECTED UNDER JSNKNGHT
3. RENEGADE STARTED
4. IN WOL UNDER JSNKNGHT
5. !RG JSNKNGHT
6. User JSNKNGHT is NOT connected to Renguard!

WTF, IM CONNECTED, THERE IS THE SCREENSHOT!!!

like I said before, ANyone says ANYTHING about it being windows 2000 I will FLAME you.!!! Razz

Any reasonable answers??? Thanks!

Correct Nickname was being usede

And it checked all of the files. I do not have it set to automaticallt start renegade.

Both situations are the answer to the problem.

as you can see, it doesn't, but the server still had the whole !rg and !forcerg running on it.

Its was the LT CTF server.

there have been quite a few others where it did it, even though it said the name of the server in the renguard box... i will try to get a better example later tonight, not playing right now.

Light will tell you that LT don't use RG...
Does this happen on another server, or is this the issue over?

CloudyServ has a weird bug like that, sometimes RG detection works, and sometimes it doesn't.

Correct. Since it's pretty useless we don't enforce its use. We also don't have !forcerg.

I remember a while ago being told that only BrenBot servers will correctly report RG usage, which doesn't worry me much. I also remember being told the renguard.com site may also be wrong, so yeah, not much to do.
