I would too, probably being more careful, but a lot of people would black list that store until that employee was gone.

gamemodding, can I ask why you did not trust BI? If this has got to do with Dead6re: He joined us when there was no reason to suspect him of anything bad. After heard some things about him, partly through Crimson, partly by ourself, we decided to kick him from the team. This was still not related to him cheating. He leaked important information that was said not to be leaked multiple times. This information could be used to create worse cheats than most of you have seen (unless you made them yourself). I have created these and have never let anyone read the code, however we talked about it with the coders and apparently Dead6re felt he needed to share this information. We at that point did not think he did it on purpose, but thought a kick from BI was necessary nonetheless. This is all information I can give about this as I do not want to leak what Dead6re partially leaked. If you are doubting about BI because of something else, please tell me what that is, as I am sure that at least the admins of BI are clean and trying their best to be as good as possible to the renegade community.
About Renguard, it is not possible to make a 100% cheatproof system as it runs on the client. I'm pretty sure it is being made as good as the coders can get it to work. I too think the support for the current version is not that good, however I do seriously wonder how you can say anything about the new version which is yet to be released... If you think you can make anything that works better than the next version of Renguard does, then it would be nice to see it in action too. If you think you can easily bypass/hack/whatever it when it is out, please share that information with the coders of it as it might be fixable then.
As for calling "BHS" retarded for something, you shouldn't consider BHS as one and the same person. Some of team members may in your opinion be retarded, maybe the way BHS handles problems too, however you cannot say the entire team is retarded because of that.

Unfortunately that analogy doesn't work. No one says that you MUST report all crimes (no one was questioned by a figure of authority here). Even if Crimson knew about it, it was not done in the name of BHS, therefor there is no connection that can be made. No court would deal a punishment against the business for the action of an individual done in his private time, even if that business knew about it. There was no association of the business with the crime, therefor the business can not be blamed for the crime.
No matter how you wish otherwise, all you have to rely on is your petty indulgence against them in trying to find whatever you can to make them look bad.
As for this lawyer thing, where do you get the idea that I'm going to be defending people?
