OK, i got my server running fine, and i have NR running. But since i have a RPG server i hate not being able to find nukes that n00bs place *sighs* so i need a mod for invincible buildings. If you already have a mod like this, then just reply with link to download it, or if anybody has a link to one it would be appreciated because it's not easy to find with google.

Download and Install SSAOW and look at server.ini and set it so Building's can't be killed.

Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.
