Everybody can host these wallpapers. The only condition is that my name appears below.
@all: These links here will not work anymore (in a few days) because I'm going to delete the wp-files from my space.
Renegadecommunity.com has a link to this topic but I told them that they can host my wallpapers. So you can download my wallpapers from here (hopefully).
Edit: I think I will try some more wallpapers. Especially when C&C Reborn is out.

Why would you want an 800x600 walpaper?
Even if you were running 800x600 there isnt anything bad about having a 1024x768 walpaper on.

You don't need the wallpaper to be 800x600. Anything that is a higher resolution and set as the background will automatically downscale, as long as you have the setting on "stretch". No quality is lost.
