Ok, On the 360 website, it says "Play an array of original Xbox games - Hard Drive
Required***". So does this mean that I need the hardrive to play old xbox games?. I know, it`s a stupid question but I just had no clue as to what it meant.

Banned on KoG, IGN, WGZ, etc.

The 360 uses an emulator to allow you to play some XBox games.

This emulator has to be stored somewhere, hence the need for the hard drive.

You need the hard drive to allow the emulation software to be downloaded. And if you are buying the core system you are a dumbass. There are so many things that having the hard drive adds to the experience. Stop being a shit head and save your money.

No, there's two different types of Xbox 360 packages you can buy. You can buy the pro package, which comes with the hard drive and all the extra trimmings, or you can buy the core package, which comes with the system, a controller, and nothing else.

Game updates, emulators for backwards compatibility, game saves... the list goes on.

Blu-Ray is a gimmick, but not so much as HD-DVD.
