I am here to make amends with the community and apologize for my actions in July, I would like to eventually get back into this community (if allowed).

That sure looks like you'd expect it, and if you weren't expecting it, you sure were hoping for it. Don't try to act like an badass like you're better than everyone else. YOU are the one who cheated. YOU are the one who got banned. YOU are the one who created this thread.
As Goztow said, words don't mean anything. If you want to have your apology accepted, you need to do more than just apologize. Criminals don't get off of their crime by apologizing, they have retribution.
