Ignore Sehot, I think hes banned anyway. I agree that using flaming APCs is a completely noobish tactic, it easily ruins tank battles and usually gets the other team ( as well as your own, due to minelimits ) pissed off.

Moving the mouse (still keeping V held down) you can change where the C4 is placed on the vehical, this will diminish highly visible "tails" on your vehical.
This is an engine limitation and is a glitch, it is not a cheat of any kind, what-so-ever.

I found out after testing that this glitch cannot be done through walls, it will only occur in the reticle still "touches" the PT area.
I'll make a vid sometime if you're still having problems.

MAN, Is there any shortcut to this?!!!!!!!!!! It gets kind of annoying after a while, and sometimes, yes I addmit it, I screw up and turn into an Enjineer!
ANOTHER GOOD WAY TO DO IS IS: GO TO THE GAURD TOWER, GO OUTSIDE TO THE RIGH OF IT WHERE YOU CAN ACCESS IT THROUGHT THE WALL, HAVE YOUR VEHICLE FACING YOU, PRESS "E" "5" "X" "THROW" "X" "E" "5" "X" "E" "THROW", THIS IS PROBABLY THE FASTEST WAY TO DO THIS BY YOURSELF.

As its a public forum, anyone is allowed to post both positive and negatively.
If you came here expecting all players to tell you how to learn such a noobish tactic then you are sadly delusional.
Some will and some wont, tough, learn to live with it.
Noobs ruin the game, but even the newbies dont use Flaming Apcs. Learn to play the game properly and you wont need a Flaming Apc to attack. Better still learn some Team-play, thats a great tactic that alleviates the problem of your base being over-run by vehicles and needing to use Flaming Apcs.

Maybe you could teach me some of this teamplay sometime, you seem like a pro playa, I usually just flame apc's for the whole game!
