I'm using BlazeRegulator 1.3 for my server because 1.5 doesn't work. I wanna add a !Rec and !n00b command to it, but I don't know how to code it. Can someone tell me how to do it or can someone send me such file?

You could use BRenBot instead.... that has all the features of BR.net (afaik anyway), and includes !rec and !n00b commands

both NR and BR have recs implemented (www.NightRegulator.co.uk)
