I've tried that direct connect under different names  It was fun. I tried host and other stuff. (Yet, this wasnt me -_-) I've only tried it on some servers. The weird part is that you can connect using RG with ANY name. :S I assume that'll be fixed in 1.04 release of RenGuard??

Good job, someone might actually be nice and connect under your name and make you look good at Renegade.
The point of direct connect is you can connect under whatever name you want.
Plus, if someone says, we got a cw, this is the ip,
You can stick it straight in and connect, without having to look for the bloody server.
But hey, your that retarded you wouldn't even know how to use renIP.
