My user name is drthsmily on Renegade and my computer went through an upgrade my father and I did. So I had to go get Renalert again, had to install Renegade again but, I miss placed my serial number. So I asked some friends if they could let me use their serial number only one of them did so I install it and install RenGuard. Then I learned he's been sharing his with allot of people on XWIS. I know about the $20 - $30 dollar fine/donation to get it unbanned but I really want to use RenGuard but I don't have any money on my Paypal account the card it was linked to expired. And I haven't had the money/time to get a new card to link it to my Paypal account. (who wouldn't have the time if your taking AP English,AP Physics, Ap History, and Calculus) (I still don't get Calculus) Back on topic I don't know who "haxer101" is but, I think it's one of the people my friend let use the serial number
Server I played in (O.W.O C&R, Xphazes Inf only, MP Missions, and Black Brigade Infinite) (MP Mission's banned me for being an A** to someone who kept running away from me in "Sniping duels")
Please make an exception so I can use ReneGuard for haxer101 isn't me.

I'm almost positive that RenGuard doesn't ban based on serial number, but on IP.

I checked into this, and you are using the same serial as someone who was trying to bypass renguard. From what we can tell, you are not that person, but that person was using the one of the same serials. So either you are using a shared serial or this other guy happens to have your serial.

I have lifted your RenGuard ban. Hopefully XWIS doesnt have a shared serial ban on you as well.
