I propose you check www.renegadewiki.com and look for "clans". There you'll get some websites.
You could also join a couple of servers, ran by clans and play there a bit, check if you like their mentality.

trpmr why not visit as well and request a clanwar so we can shut you the fuck up - and why not get on cw.cc and play some real clans rather then talking shit with nothing to back it up.

HOW DARE YOU SUGGEST IT HAS NO ADS!
The league link has four unimposing slots for its sponsors (in the Renegade league's case, EA Games and I've offered one to XWIS) and an equally unimposing google ad banner which is specifically relating to gaming servers, teamspeaks, etc... thereby actually being of potential benefit to players.
Put together, they take up something like 5% of the league page. Troopr's right though - the fact that relevant advertisements you aren't forced to click take up an insignificant part of the page, is a VERY GOOD REASON to instead play on the auto ladder that averages one game every four months with no prizes and no admin to oversee it.

I logically explained why the link on RenegadeCommunity.com is flawed, given the fact it links to a league which DOES NOT WORK, has no set of rules, no prizes, nobody to administrate, and no support of any kind.
