tank10848 joined Black-Cell and started one-shotting numerous Nod vehicles with his pistol. He kept !rg'ing himself to try to make people think he wasn't cheating, but it was rather obvious. We then banned him, he logged out of XWIS, and then rejoined XWIS and went to the LTROUSH CTF server. I warned them of what he was doing, and they probably banned him, since he was logged out of XWIS a couple minutes later. Please ban him from the Rengaurd network. Here's a screen to prove he was on Renguard and bypassing it:
