I don't care if some other guys are up there. That is a place that isn't designed to be walked on. Therefore, don't ask how. If you find out how, don't do it. Walking on the roofs on non-flying maps is eqivilant to abusing glitches. It will get you kicked on most well-moderated servers in the blink of an eye.
I say again. DON'T DO IT. These are the kindest words you're going to get out of this forum on the subject.

There is also a mod that makes the Apache a bathtub! But I still like the flying toilet better. It would be much funnier if the onwer has to sit on the toilet instead of the cocpit in order to control the Apache/Toilet. So you would see a flying toilet with a somebody on it. LOL

Here is a serious answer.
You and a friend go and stand by the front door of the ref(the one by the big door). He stands in the corner closest to the door, you jump on his head. Then you both jump together, and you press w while hitting the jump button. If the server doesn't have CP2, and you do it right, you will be up on the ref in no time.
