Any chance of a linux renguard client?
It doesn't have to actually *function*, just has to log the users name on the server, since the cheats don't work in linux, even under WINE/Cedega emulation.
And i'm getting sick of pop-ups on servers.

The request to disable the popups has been asked a long time ago to be implemenetd in the new brenbot version but as to now without any luck.

I don't use Cedega because I always have bad luck with it, but the problem you're getting is normal because you're running the game on an emulator. If Transgaming works extra hard to support Renegade, like they do for games like World of Warcraft, then that problem wouldn't be there. But, they won't.

My version of my linux renguard client is not for release, since its all a simple perl script, without any protection. Plus, it does not have any real security either.. so.. no
