I have C&C Tiberian Sun, BUT I LOST THE FUCKING SERIAL CODE is there any way for me to get them from the CD as I presume that the serial code IS on both of the CDs GDI and NOD.

No, you cant get it from the CD. Any TibSun serial is valid when you pass it through the installer. Just buy one off ebay or ask around.
