As far as I "understand", all the possible ways in which the strings can vibrate are already accounted for in the 10th dimension. Every single possible state in which the universes could be in (every possible mode of vibration) has been included. There would be no new places to draw the line to.

That's what I'm asking. Not expecting a serious answer, but something for debate. Is the change in vibration covered by the 10th dimension's existence?
Edit: I think I can understand where you are coming from, so let me explain my position a bit more.
According to the 3rd,6th,and 9th dimensions, we can (in theory) "poof" ourselves to an alternate position. That being within the same universe (3rd dimension) or alternate universes/realties (6th and 9th dimensions). All of that is dictated by the 10th dimension, which encompasses everything possible. However, in order for the 3rd-degree dimensions to work the way they do, they must already exist. More specifically the 6th and 9th dimension-based alternate realities must exist alongside our own.
Now, if every single possibility must exist alongside our own possibility, that must mean that those super-strings are vibrating in a certain fashion, or else everything regarding alternate universes would not be possible without changing the way the strings vibrate, thereby rendering the current universe non-existant.
With this in mind, would there be an 11th Dimension, where the strings have changed their vibration pattern, thereby creating an entirely new set in infinately-infinate possibilities?
