Make sure that The First Decade is'nt the source of Renegade. If it is, take the Renegade folder from it and put it in the directory "C:\Westwood\" for LE to work. The directory has to be as follows:
C:\Westwood\Renegade\
Currently, Level Editor tools only get the presets from "C:\Westwood\Renegade\Data".
